No. Eligibility depends on the footage, ownership status, platform rules and the applicable rights-management system.

WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMEONE USES MY FOOTAGE WITHOUT PERMISSION?
Depending on the platform, eligibility, and authorization, an unauthorized use may be tracked, monetized, disputed, or reported for removal.
WILL YOU CLAIM MY OWN CHANNEL?
Creators should identify their own or authorized channels and accounts. Where supported, those accounts can be whitelisted or otherwise excluded from enforcement.
