FOOTAGE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is between the creator or licensor submitting footage through ØBSERVER and [LEGAL COMPANY NAME], operator of ØBSERVER.

“Licensed Footage” means the audiovisual footage identified by the Licensor through the submission form.

For an “All Footage From a Source” submission, “Licensed Footage” means all audiovisual footage owned or controlled by the Licensor and made available through the Source identified in the submission, excluding any footage expressly identified by the Licensor as Excluded Footage.

The Licensor grants ØBSERVER a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use the Licensed Footage for ØBSERVER content and related promotion.

The permitted uses include:

• publishing in ØBSERVER videos
• monetized/commercial videos
• editing
• shortening
• cropping
• resizing
• formatting
• adding narration
• adding commentary
• adding graphics
• adding subtitles
• adding music and sound effects
• combining footage with other material
• promotional use relating to ØBSERVER content

This license does not transfer copyright ownership.

The Licensor retains ownership of the Licensed Footage.

ØBSERVER may provide creator, channel, or account attribution in accordance with its attribution practices for the relevant content and platform.

The Licensor confirms that:

• they own or control the necessary rights
• they have authority to grant the license
• they have identified relevant exclusions
• they are not knowingly licensing material they do not have the right to license

Third-party music, stock footage, copyrighted artwork, private property issues, trademarks, privacy/publicity rights, or other third-party material may require additional permission.

Termination procedures and the treatment of already-published content should be governed by the final agreed terms.

Termination notice period: [TERMINATION NOTICE PERIOD]

Already-published ØBSERVER videos may require separate treatment and should be governed by the final agreement.

Rights-management authorization is separate from this footage-use license and is governed by the Rights Management Terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.
