[01] THE DEAL
A SIMPLE TRADE.
You get
Exposure Get credit and exposure when your footage is featured. We include a direct reference to your YouTube channel and/or social media accounts in both the video and its description. Payment Once your footage is registered with us, we can identify and claim unauthorized uses of your content across YouTube and other social media platforms. If another channel or account uses your footage without permission, we may be able to claim the revenue generated from that use and pass it back to you. You can also request copyright claims or takedowns against accounts that use your footage without permission.
[02] YOUR RIGHTS
YOU KEEP OWNERSHIP.
Giving ØBSERVER permission does not transfer ownership of your footage. You remain the copyright owner. Rights-management authorization is separate and optional.
PROFESSIONAL RIGHTS MANAGEMENT
ØBSERVER works with Age Media for CMS-based rights management. Eligible footage may be registered with supported systems. Depending on platform rules and the specific use, matching content may be monetized, tracked or reported for removal.
